Contrary to the traditionally defined pit combustion chambers, the combustion chamber, which has a patented design and is defined as TOP, has brought a different perspective to the combustion chambers used in this type of heater.

The MIXER unit, which helps the coal to form a thin film layer by providing a flat surface progress of the coal, is manufactured by casting from a special chrome alloy material and thus has a long service life.

With the help of the holes on the combustion chamber, the coal is burned homogeneously.

Thanks to the special technique used in the internal structure of the boiler, the high-efficiency combustion obtained is sent into the building by making maximum use of it.

Thanks to its high heating and considerably less fuel consumption, we have a well-deserved reputation among the boilers used mostly in the Southern Marmara Region, where we serve.

BOILER INTERNAL STRUCTURE

Thanks to its patented design structure, Şafaksan METAFORSolid Fuel Boilers maximize the combustion efficiency of coal and provide significant improvements in energy and fuel savings.

As can be seen in the figure on the right, the compressed air pressed into the boiler makes contact with all surfaces exposed to heat inside the boiler, providing maximum heat transfer and increasing the thermal efficiency to the highest level.

The outer surfaces of the boiler are insulated with 10 cm fireproof rock wool. The coal bunker has a capacity of 300 kg.

ELECTRIC PANELS

The Electric Panel is made of materials that comply with CE standards so that users can easily adjust the feeding and heating settings of the boiler. In this way, it becomes quite easy to make regular adjustments for boilers with a complicated system.

The Electric Panel is very simple and understandable to use, as it has a user-friendly interface. This interface allows users to set the desired temperature values.

The Electrical Panel has a high quality and reliable system and performs that exceeds industry standards.
